The restaurant patio was well enjoyed with friends and family, making cooking a snap. The Beulah Inn is close to many other amenities, which makes it a great place to stay-enjoy-& explore. ”

The nachos never disappoint, and the menu is packed with so many amazing options that this has become one of our favorite spots. The chicken fried steak and French dip special are must-tries, and the soup specials are always perfect. I’m a big fan of the goddess salad, and the queso is simply fantastic. To top it off, Doug crafts the best cosmopolitan I’ve ever had in Colorado! ”
